    Excellent hotel, fairly clean, employees are extremely hospitable, and location is particularly good in the middle of jackson. The suite is perfect, we also liked delightful views. The services are amazing, including a nice pool.

    I celebrated my 50th birthday at dreams, and it was amazing! The staff were so sweet and attentive. They surprised me with birthday desserts and sang happy birthday to me on the actual day. We loved the pool, bar, and the dinner show. The pineapples and chicken wings served at the buffet were a big hit too!

    perfect location for city strolls and sightseeing adventures

    The hotel puts you just a short drive away from the beautiful centro cultural leandro diaz and almost 2 km from the serene beaches. The staff were amazing was good, but the main pool closing at 6 pm felt a bit early for vacation relaxation.

    I had an very nice time at dreams! The fine ocean views from my room and the attentive staff made for a fantastic romantic getaway. This stay exceeded my expectations compared to my last trip in cartagena, thanks to the delicious food options and vibrant pools.

    The hotel impressed me with its cleanliness and attentive staff. The Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean View King Bed offered a spacious layout. I especially appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the complimentary welcome drink. The pool area was beautiful, and the service at the pool was excellent. Breakfast time was a bit chaotic and overcrowded. Only one restaurant served breakfast, cumbersome , especially those with premium access who deserved a more exclusive experience. The food options at the main restaurant lacked variety, and the desserts left much to be desired. It seemed like there should be additional dining options available for breakfast to relieve the crowding. At the beach, I noticed a shortage of shaded areas and sunbeds for premium guests. Despite these drawbacks, the friendly staff always went out of their way to help was great.

    The resort staff were friendly and accommodating. The junior suite was clean and had a well-stocked minibar. I enjoyed both the garden view and the pool area, beautifully maintained.

    The hotel is excellent and fairly clean with really helpful and very attentive staff. the room is good sized and perfect with a beautiful view over the garden. the hotel has a good restaurant inside the property and is in an absolutely perfect, favorable location in a particularly great area.
